About these recordings
We video and audio recorded the NExT Summer Convening ’19 panel discussion of “Going from Point A to Point B” and are making the available here.
The presentation is broken up into 7 parts (videos below).  The first 4 parts is the actual video recording of the 1st half of the session.  Parts 5-7 were created from the audio of the 2nd half of the panel but enhanced with pictures from the session as well as images from the participants' websites and other resources.  We hope you find these useful to have!

Short snippets of session can be viewed here.

Part 1 – Chris & Lindsay Introduce the session and Chad and Ben Introduce themselves

Part 2 – Cath Fraise on why she started Workspace Education

Part 3 – Paula & Andy Introductions, then jumped right into what they are doing to get stuff “off the ground” in Barrington

Part 4 – Paula & Andy continue their story and how they are pursuing ExL, Deeper Learning, and SEL through PBL, and the inclusion of all stakeholders

Part 5 – Chad continues with importance of keeping the “why” at center; Paula continues with the Barrington story, starting small and going big; Chris talks about importance of pursuing something that is meaningful to you!

Part 6 – Ben speaks to how “culture” is everything

Part 7 – Wrapping-up: Need to look for solutions; Need to move at a pace others can accept; gather evidence of outcomes; jump out of the plane!
