I think of myself as first, and foremost, a catalyst. I try to be a catalytic element in people's lives and in the ecosystem. And I work with others who also think of themselves as catalysts.
I can't make change happen all by myself. There is FAR too much work to be done. And far too many others who want to be a part of this. Which is why I have the picture of the person swirling a spark. I do what I can SPARK others' imagination and to "inspire and empower" them identify their dreams and make them come true – for the benefit of others, our world, and our humanity.
I attempt to do this in three ways:
Apart from the above, I study how systems (imagination, policy, supports, and resources) actually support or not support innovation and entrepreneurial activity in our systems. And, in this respect, I try to point out the faults in our systems and speak to how they could be redesigned to far better support the generative lives of our students, the lives of those who serve them, our communities, and our world.
More about me, if you care.

I attempt to do this in three ways:
- To share images and stories of possibilities so that others can be inspired to pursue the same.
- To share, offer, and connect those with resources and others that can help them pursue what THEY want to do.
- To support and network YOU with others, ideas, and resources to help you make what YOU want to do into reality
